Acceptable use: InstaFetch is provided for personal use only. You may not use InstaFetch to download and redistribute content you do not have rights to, or to build a commercial product without permission.

Content ownership: Downloading media through InstaFetch does not transfer ownership or grant any license to that content. Copyright remains with the original creator.

Public content only: InstaFetch only works with publicly accessible Instagram content. Attempting to access private or gated content is not supported and will be rejected.

No warranty: InstaFetch is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or continued compatibility with Instagram's platform.
